Come attend this special Chamber of Commerce version of a talk Tom puts on for businesses, entitled “Peak Performance through Team Trust and Constructive Conflict”

Teams are more than a group of people — a group is just a Horde, until they learn to trust one another. Only with trust does a group turn into a team. There are four elements that add up to trust, and eight behaviors that create more trust. We will learn them all, and find out how we can use them in our families, at work, and in our communities.
